For decorating chocolates, cakes, and other foods
Before use, insert a roll of genuine “Pralinengold” into the dispenser. Open the device by sliding the top and bottom parts apart, and place the gold roll with the printed side facing up into the round opening. Apply slight pressure to ensure the roll is securely seated. Next, pull the paper strip in the direction of the arrow over the tip of the apparatus and guide it through the slot of the small gear wheel. Turn the wheel several times until the paper strip is firmly clamped. Each roll comes with an unprinted paper lead of approximately half a meter, allowing you to insert the roll without losing any gold.
The gold roll contains 21 meters of the finest gold leaf, which can be divided into approximately 7,000 gold pieces by advancing the gold strip about 3 mm each time. To apply, hold the dispenser between your thumb and middle finger, while resting your index finger on the small wheel at the bottom of the device. Turning this wheel advances the gold strip. Once the gold leaf appears at the tip of the apparatus, it can be transferred onto the desired surface. The surface should be slightly more adhesive than the paper strip carrying the gold.
When the roll is empty, open the apparatus, remove the used roll, and insert a new one. This allows you to continue using the dispenser easily and efficiently.
